1. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond the stated check-out time or who delay our housekeeping staff will be liable for all associated costs and expenses, with a minimum of €75/hour.
2. Guests are not eligible to make reservations at their place of residence. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.
3. Parties, events, open fires and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and shared spaces (min. €500 fee for violation).
4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Overnight guests exceeding the number specified in the booking are not allowed. (€50/person/night fee for people not specified in the reservation.)
6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a fine. I encourage guests with service animals to contact me prior to their stay.
7. The costs of replacing lost keys, key cards, key fobs or parking permits are to be borne by the guests.
8. Noise detection technology can be used in the home to monitor excessive noise levels.
9. Guests accept full responsibility for any damage, injury or loss occurring at the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage or missing items to me immediately.
10. Guests must leave the accommodation clean and tidy (see check-out instructions) - in the case of increased cleaning, the costs must be paid by the guest. Guests must report any damage or missing items to me immediately.
11. Rest periods must be observed.
12. No toiletries in the toilet, only toilet paper.
13. Smoking in the apartment and in common areas is not allowed. Violators of the smoking ban are subject to a fine of €500 plus the cost of cleaning, deodorizing and damage repairs.
14. No shoes in the apartment.
15. No drugs or illicit conduct.
16. A booking constitutes an agreement to abide by the House Rules. Guests who break these rules will be liable for any associated damage, fee, cost or expense.
