Welcome to our idyllic 3-bedroom holiday apartment, offering everything you need for a rejuvenating break from the hectic everyday life.

With stunning lake views, a cozy fireplace, and an inviting terrace, our apartment provides the perfect setting for relaxation and unwinding. Situated in a tranquil and nature-rich environment, our holiday apartment beckons for serenity while being conveniently close to many attractions. Within just 20 minutes, you can reach the beach, the lively Rostock city center, and even the popular Karls Erlebnisdorf.

The apartment features two bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds and Smart TVs, allowing you to rest well after a day full of activities. In the cozy living room with dining area, seating area, and another Smart TV, you'll also find a fireplace for relaxed evenings.

The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. From refrigerator and freezer to dishwasher and oven, everything is provided. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils are also available. Enjoy your meals on the terrace while taking in the view of the lake and surrounding nature.

As a special highlight, we offer an inclusive parking space with a wallbox for your electric vehicle, allowing you to enjoy your excursions worry-free. In addition to the generous amenities, we provide complimentary access to the washing machine and detergent, making it convenient for you to wash your clothes during your stay.

Your four-legged family members are also warmly welcomed - dogs are also happily received by prior arrangement.

I won't be on-site, but this won't in any way affect your experience. You can easily check in and out independently using a keybox. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home!

Pets:

Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. Please contact me in advance if you wish to bring your small four-legged companion.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located on Dorfstraße, surrounded by nature, and is part of a newly built house with only 2 holiday apartments. The house features a beautiful garden and a terrace that our guests are welcome to use. The picturesque neighborhood impresses with its tranquility, yet offers the opportunity to reach the white sandy beach, Rostock city center, Karls Erlebnisdorf, and other attractions within minutes:

Poppendorf is located 12 km from Rostock city harbor and is accessible by car in 15 minutes. Heading north, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach approximately 17 km away and Warnemünde via the Warnow Tunnel in about 20 minutes. If you ever tire of city or beach hustle, you can enjoy leisurely walks in and around Poppendorf. The advantages of our location in detail:
